Once A Printer ...

For 30 years I owned and operated my own print shops in Michigan and then Florida.
Printing wasn't just a Job, or a Business, or a Career.
To me, Printing was a way of life.

A glimpse of my prime (c) 1988.
5 Presses, Complete darkroom, Typesetter, Bindery.
I could take an idea on a bar napkin in the front door and ship a completed brochure, newsletter, manifold sets and booklets out the back door.
It's a real plus when you do something that is fun to do. Where every job is different, so the boredom with a job factor has little to no effect. The really nice plus is smiling people shaking your hand and thanking you, while handing you money.
